Hello,
Are you a corporate entity or a Single Proprietorship business?
Each branch is almost like starting a new business. You will need a new DTI registration that indicates that it is a branch, a registbration with the local Revenue District of the BIR (you get to keep your TIN but you need to register), and a Mayor's Permit. The Mayor's Permit will usually require both your TIN and the DTI Registration, plus the usual checklist of Barangay Clearances, Sanitation, Fire, etc. The BIR Registration will usually require your Mayor's Permit and DTI. In short, you need to:
Register with DTI ---> Get Mayor's Permit ---> Get BIR Registration
I hope this helps.
Cheers!
Gerel
