Hey guys, Im planning to put up a business inside a mall but the problem is like for SM , they have a bunch of requirements needed like papers from DTI , BIR etc.. but when i try to register in DTI online , its asking for a business address . In putting up a new business, what should go first, process the papers or look for a commercial space? Pls help

hello there, when my friend put a business, he go directly to the developer or the office administrator of the bldg or mall. then comply all the paper works given by the admin, its a lot of work i tell u, good luck to u
by the way can u look at this

Thanks Did you know how long it took her/him to process all the requirements? Should all the documents be completed before they can start leasing the space?
